SUNIL NANDA




Working for the last 30 years in the social and development sectors and earlier 10 years' experience in large and reputed corporates both in private and public sectors, Mr. Nanda is internationally reputed professional in Public Health including Mental health, HIV/AIDS, Drugs, Children, Women and Elderly vulnerable population; Prisons Reforms including Human Rights, Health, Drugs, Education, Juvenile Justice and Vocational Skills; Empowering Women and Girl Child; Skills Development & jobs for youth.

Mr. Nanda worked as South Asia Regional Director (SARO) with Penal Reform International office based in Kathmandu Nepal for four years and with United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Regional Office South Asia (ROSA) as the Senior National Program Specialist. In addition, he has worked with USAID as Division Chief Program Development Implementation & Training (PDIT) office, Program Director International HIV/AIDS Alliance, Director Family Health International/FHI 360, Director (Honorary) Mercy Corps India & providing professional advice to NGOs including “Selfie with Daughter Foundation”. He plans to start working in India and Nepal combining his varied experiences with good international practices especially for underprivileged, women & girls and seniors.



GANESH SHAH




Ganesh Shah (born December 12, 1949) is a Nepalese politician, former Minister for Environment, Science, and Technology, and a senior leader of the Communist Party of Nepal (United). He holds an M-Tech degree in mechanical engineering from Patrice Lumumba People's Friendship University. Shah is a strong advocate for climate change issues in Nepal and has been quoted in various media outlets. He is known for his technological proficiency and maintains a personal blog and an active presence on Facebook. Shah hails from Lohana Dhanusha and belongs to the Madhesi ethnicity, a business caste.




RADHESH PANT



Mr. Radhesh Pant is the Chairman of VRock and Company, and his career took off as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the age of 35, where he skillfully led a commercial bank through major political, credit, and liquidity crises. Over the past 15 years, he has held pivotal roles across both private and public sectors, including a prominent position with a public agency reporting directly to the Prime Minister. In this role, he played a crucial part in securing the signing of two major energy projects, overcoming geopolitical challenges, and attracting substantial foreign investments. Mr. Pant began his career as a financial analyst for a biotechnology firm in Los Angeles and spent his early years in Japan, which contributed to his fluency in Japanese. With over 30 years of experience, his expertise covers leadership, general management, corporate finance, and policy dialogue. He champions teamwork and empowers his teams to innovate. In addition to his role at VRock, he chairs various boards, including the Asia Network for Sustainable Agriculture and Bioresources (ANSAB) and Smile Nepal, and is a founding director of the South Asia Institute of Management (SAIM) in Kathmandu. His academic credentials include an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering from IIT Bombay.


PRABIN PRAKASH CHHETRI




Started career as Cashier in Standard Chartered Bank (then Nepal Grindlays Bank Ltd.) in August 1987, he became the Head of Information Technology in the same bank and moved to NABIL Bank Ltd as Senior Manager Information Technology in 2003. Then he moved to Bank of Kathmandu Ltd in 2008 and held the position as Chief Operating Officer in the internal capacity of Deputy General Manager until 2018 managing the bank’s operations and information technology. He, then, moved to Nepal Electronics Payment System (NEPS) in April 2018 as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and worked till June 2020. Lastly, he moved to a technology company, Thakral One Nepal P Ltd in August 2021 as a consultant for business transformation and worked till May 2024. In his career in various organizations, he got chances to develop various software application systems for banks, to get involved in information technology (IT) system migration and development activities, to play lead roles in managing operations and IT units and to bridge gaps between them, to play central role in making strategic direction in IT front in all the organizations.
