He is an expert at managing the company and is in charge of ensuring that its everyday operations run smoothly. He manages and implements the plan required to achieve the company's goals and vision.

He directly monitors all of the company's projects. He has entire authority to define project deadlines, plan execution, and deliverables with the approval of the technical leader of the organization and the person in charge of the company's finances. He has the authority to modify the project's direction and is responsible for any failures. He is in charge of establishing the finest possible working environment for the organization.

Mr. Chirag Thapa

His problem-solving skills and commanding demeanor indicate a great ability to lead and execute projects efficiently. Pursuing a Master's Degree in Computing with a concentration in Software Engineering indicates his dedication to expanding his knowledge and skills in the area.

Kopila Dongol, born on April 21, 1970, is a distinguished Nepali education professional. With diverse roles as a consultant, project director, and program manager, she has dedicated her career to gender equality, entrepreneurship, and community development. Notably, as Executive Director at Sahara Foundation Nepal, she crafted entrepreneurship programs with a focus on gender equality principles. Serving as Project Manager at Planete Enfants, she managed child-friendly spaces, emphasizing periodic planning and project supervision. Mrs. Dangol also contributed significantly to Nepal's education sector, coordinating programs in Kathmandu Valley and Bardiya, aligning partners with a rights-based approach. In her role at Plan Nepal Banke Programme, she successfully led the Kamalari Project, combating child labor through social mobilization and education. As a development coordinator, she facilitated community education and livelihood planning, showcasing a commitment to social inclusion and gender equality throughout her impactful career.

Chhepal Dorjee Sherpa, a visionary executive, excelled as Operations Manager at Everest Treks (2008-2015), surpassing goals and enhancing efficiency. As Managing Director at Sherpaland Adventure (2015-2022), he drove profitability through high-performing teams and market expansion.

Beyond his professional success, Chepal is a community leader, currently presiding over the Khunde Community Club, Khunde Home Stay, and Khunde Development Organization. His volunteer work includes managing oxygen supply during COVID-19 and collaborating with the World Food Programme post-earthquake.

Chepal's commitment to community development is evident in initiatives like rebuilding a school in Sindupalchok and establishing the world's highest community network in Solukhumbu. His dedication to excellence and community service makes Chepal Dorjee Sherpa a dynamic and impactful leader.
